She was predeceased by: her mother Stella Gustafson; her brother Jason Butler; and her grandparents, Elige, Hazel Branham, George and Bertha Butler.

She is survived by: her father Jack R. Butler of Florida; and her siblings, Jack Butler (Jenny) of Norton Virginia, Donna Galvan of Norton Virginia and Delores Wilson (Ted) of West Virginia. She is also survived by friends and relatives.
