He was predeceased by: his brother Austin Tyler Collins. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Allen and Melody Leigh Collins; his grandparents, Brenda Givens, Lucian Givens, James Collins, Jr., Joyce Skeens and Wayne Skeens; his aunts and uncles, Jeffrey (Liz Bristol), Dee Dee (Wes Miller), Sheila Dotson (Roy Marshall) and Cheryl (Anthony Collins); and his cousins, Christopher Dotson, Dakota Craft, Dillion Jenkins, Alex Crabtree, Andrew Crabtree, Brandon Pleasant, Madison Fultz and Zackary Fultz. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
