She was predeceased by: her father Donald "Ducky" Joe Collins; and her grandparents, Torrence, Blanche Collins, Billy Ray and Dorothy Masters.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Spivey; her mother Deborah Collins; her daughter Adara Darnell (Chris); and her brother Jody Collins (Chasity). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
