He is survived by: his wife Peggy Clagett (Tincher); his children, Debbi Tincher Shafer Baglio (Anthony), Jean Tincher Fiske and Orville Lee Tincher (Carol); and his siblings, Janice Tincher Myers (Tom) and Michael E. Tincher (Pam).
