He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Elsworth and Leona Mae Cunningham; and his siblings, Paul, Carl, Glenn Cunningham, Nellie Cunningham, Madge Michael and Gay Warrick.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Marie Hott; his children, Pam Keeler (Eddie) of Winchester, Tami Light (Ronnie) of Winchester, Dan Cunningham (Judy) and Steve Cunningham (Tammy) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Tabitha Luttrell (Jeremy), Amy Moore (Erik Peters), Jenna Cunningham (Alex Lippai), Elizabeth Brown (Chris), Ryan Cunningham (Allie), Zachary Cunningham, Corey Light (Casey) and Cody Light; and his great grandchildren, Austin, Brenden, Colton Luttrell, Tegan Moore, Bryson Peters, Henry, Wyatt Cunningham, Ryker, Maverick Light, Mavis and Matilda Brown.
