It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth M. Loy of Winchester, Virginia, born in Boyce, Virginia, who passed away on January 24, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Minghini and Hattie Hottle Minghini Nichols; and her siblings, Charles, Sam Minghini, Elsie Courtney and Shirley Shiley.

She is survived by: her husband Harry C. "Connie" Loy; her children, Kimberly "Kim" Kline of Winchester, VA and James A. "Jamie" Loy (Kristy) of Stephens City, VA; and her grandchildren, James, Benjamin Kline, Brett Loy, Katie Hale, Emily, Annabelle and Penelope Loy.
