It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Louise Triplett of Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on October 27, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Jenelle and Toby; and her husband Bruce K Triplett.
