He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Turner of Stephens City and James, Sr. (Sambo) of Washington; his children, Kisha (Derrick) of Washington, Laura Walker (Andre), Alicia Tengler (Bobby) and Lavyathan Davis; his sisters, Barbara Turner, Margaret Coulbourn (Reggie) and Lisa Turner; his grandchildren, Jadyn, Jalyssa, Kahleesha and Semaji; his uncle Thomas Turner (Bud); his aunt Bea Cartwright; his friend Stevie; his brother Donald Turner; and his grandparents, Robert and Ola Turner. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and family.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 19, 2022, with the viewing starting at 10:00 am and followed by the funeral service at 11:00am at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, We will be following CDC guidelines for Covid.
