He is survived by: his sisters, Cindi Lu Cox Bolyard and Lauri Cox Conner; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda L Phillips, Sadie Bolyard O'Connor (Jarrod O'Connor), Abbey Cox Lane (David Lane), Ken Connor (Jocelyn Connor) and Benjamin Bolyard (Kaitlin Bolyard).
