She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Wilson and Bernice Wolford (Alt); her spouse Jackie "Jack" Howard Payne, Sr.; and her siblings, Mary Wolford, Ruth Anderson, Naomi Pearson, Esther Hafner, Paul and James Wolford.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Evette Walker (Mark) of Stephens City, VA and Jackie Howard Payne, Jr. (Stephanie) of Kearneysville, WV; her grandchildren, Meghan Elizabeth Walker of Stephens City, VA, Emily Shay Walker of Stephens City, VA, Maryssa Leeann Bannan (Jon) of Chicago, IL and Tia Marie Reid of Kearneysville, WV; and her brother John R. Wolford of Washington, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
