She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Baker and Zella Baker (Haines); her spouse Russell C. Carroll; her grandchildren, Stacie Simkhovitch Dolese and William "Rusty" Carroll, II; her siblings, Pleasant McKee, Mabel Carpenter, Rhoda Sirbaugh, Burl "Buck" Baker and Loring "Jimmy" Baker; and her son-in-law Danny Beckett.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Simkhovitch, Sr. (Velma) of Stephenson, VA, Judith Beckett of Stephenson, VA and William "Tony" Carroll (Regina) of Winchester, VA; her grandchildren, Jody Shull (Erle) and Ronald Simkhovitch, Jr. (Addie); her great grandchildren, Jeremy Beckett (Kristen), Michael Dolese, Dustin Simkhovitch (Hannah) and Jenna Shull; her great great grandchild Lucas Beckett; and her sister Patricia Baker Sonner (Calvin) of Strasburg, VA..
