He is survived by: his parents, Bernabe Alcaide and Ana Alcaide; his wife Martha A. Rush; his children, Wyatt Rush (Monica Barton) of Fairfax, VA and Emma Rush; and his brothers, Rich, Max and Julian Alcaide.
