He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Shelby Ray Moore and Ruth Clay Moore; his wife Charlene Andrews Moore of Winchester, VA; his daughter Rebecah Shepherd; his son-in-law Ray Shepherd; his grandchildren, Anna Grace, Lillian and Luke of Great Falls, VA; and his siblings, Barry Moore (Kim), Jeff Moore (Shannon) of Lenoir, NC, Donna Hartley (David) of Lenoir, NC and Vicki Yates (John) of Fleetwood, NC. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
