Carter of Winchester, VA, Trudy G. Rutherford of Winchester, VA, Tammy S. Foreman of Winchester, VA, Gary W. Foreman (Tammy) of Winchester, VA and Scott H. Foreman of Berryville, VA; and her sister Bettie G. Kisner of Winchester, VA.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
