He was predeceased by: his parents, Justice W. Summers, Jr. and Flora Turner Summers; his brother Larry Groves Summers; and his brother-in-law Frederick "Buster" Jordan. He is survived by: his children, Shanti Nicole Johnson of Hopewell, VA. and Justice W. Summers, IV (Monique) of Stephens City, VA.; his siblings, Joan Delores Jordan and Royal Theodore Summers, Sr. of Winchester, VA.; his grandchildren, Tyree Summers, Tyana Morris, Ayjah Johnson, Justice "LJ" Summers V., Tajai Summers, Jushaun Summers and Jaheim Summers; and his great grandchild Kaliyah Northover.
Interment will be in Mt. Hebron Cemetery in Winchester, VA. with, Military Honors Afforded by the United States Army and the Winchester VFW Post #2123, We will be following CDC guideline for Covid, Mask must be worn.
