She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Henry "Jake" Fixx, Sr. and Anna Elizabeth Fixx (Martin); and her brothers, Thomas Roscoe Fixx and Ralph Stuart Fixx. She is survived by: her siblings, Shirley Fixx Ryan (Jack), Anna Virginia Fixx Unhoch and Philip Henry Fixx, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Virginia Beatty Fixx.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Jean to Old Bethel United Methodist Church, 560 Old Bethel Church Road, Winchester, VA 22603.
