He is survived by: his wife Cherry; his daughters, Jennifer Kizziar and Melissa Smith; his grandchildren, Jared Smith, Lindsay Nesmith, Bailey Smith and Zachary Smith; and his brothers, Kenny Kizziar and Michael Kizziar (Tathona).
