He is survived by: his close friend Jacqueline M. "Jackie" Hurst of High View, WV; his daughter Stacey Lee Hostler of Winchester; his grandsons, Roger Lee Ballenger and Tyler Wade Hedrick; and his caregivers, Vicky and Bruce.
