Frances Dee Holler-Dulaney Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Dee Holler-Dulaney of Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on December 26, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hosea Turner and Bersie Turner of Spencer, Virginia.; and her brother Jimmy Turner. She is survived by: her husband Russell E. Dulaney Sr.; her daughter Katherine Kerns (Russell "Tater"); her sister Linda Dennis; her stepchildren, Judy Lee Holler, Linda Dulaney Van Tassel, Russell E. and Stephen Dulaney; and her grandchildren, Logan Eiland and Felicity Eiland Coffey. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
