He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Pack. He is survived by: his father Dennis L. Swanson Sr.; his wife Doreen A. Clark; his children, Anthony L. Lindsay (Katie) of Bealeton, VA, Brandize M. Vicchio (Kenny) of Stephenson, VA and Christina Josephine Lindsay of Winchester; his siblings, Timothy J. Swanson (Lynnette) of Round Hill, VA, Shawn C. Swanson (Shari) of Clayton, DE and Tracie L. Leonatti (Joe) of Irwin Pennsylvania; his granddaughters, Isabella Vicchio, Reese Kidwell, Giuliana Vicchio and Julia Lindsay; his nieces and nephews, Amanda Swanson, Breanna Palumbo (Anthony), Savannah Swanson, Shawn Swanson, Joey Leonatti and Nate Leonatti; and his great-nephew Luca Palumbo.

“I enjoyed working with Denny in the masonry business the last 7 years or so. He was a great ally, easy to work with and talk to. We were praying he would get the kidney and be on the mend. I will certainly miss and him and offer prayer and condolences to the family. JV Hawthorne”
