He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd L. Combs, Sr. and Irene H. Combs (Ratliff); his brother Lloyd L. Combs, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Atkins, Debbie Combs and Kimberly Combs.
He is survived by: his nephews, Joshua Atkins and Jimmy Grimes; his sisters, Mary Atkins, Vallorie Lockhart of Winchester, Virginia and Jane Savage (Dave) of Thurmont, Maryland; his sister-in-law Betty Combs of Martinsburg; and his brothers, Richard Combs of Martinsburg and Lynn Combs of Thurmont, Maryland.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
