He was predeceased by: his stepson Mark Meadows. He is survived by: his significant other Betty Boyer; his children, David Locke Jr., Penny Wingfield and Richard Locke; and his stepdaughter Angi Steele. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
