He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Edwin Jennings, Sr. and Jessie Jennings (Lambert); his daughter Lisa Ann Jennings; his stepdaughter-in-law Susan Paige Browder Allen; and his siblings, Jane Sullivan, Leah Ann Garber, Alice Shaver, Mary Wolfe and Wayne Jennings.

He is survived by: his wife Eunice; his son Todd Edwin Jennings (Leslie) of Slidell, LA; his stepson Donovan Patrick Allen, Sr. of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Richard Allen Jennings, Jessica Lynn Jennings, Gabrielle Jennings, Madelyn Jennings and Cameron Jennings; his stepgrandchildren, Donovan Patrick Allen II and Jessica Paige Allen; and his great grandchild Baylen Jennings.

A memorial service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the Amherst Chapel (1600 Amherst St, Winchester, VA 22601).
