Cherie Funkhouser Armel Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2024, at the age of 75, Cherie Funkhouser Armel of Winchester, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Funkhouser and Ruth Sager Funkhouser; her siblings, Teresa Funkhouser Glasscock and Charles Michael Funkhouser; and her nephew Jared Riley.
She is survived by: her son Scott Armel of Mount Pleasant; her stepchildren, Richard Todd Armel (Julie) of Stephens City, Virginia and Kelly Foltz (James) of Winchester; her sister Brenda F. Riley (Stan) of Slanesville; her grandson Slavko Chepelyk of Kiev; and her stepgranddaughter Lindley Armel of Stephens City.
