He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymer and Marionetta. He is survived by: his sister Jean Walker (John); his wife Joyce Tennant; his sons, Randy Tennant of Winchester, VA and Roger Tennant (Gwen) of Baltimore, MD; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Kate (David), Matthew (Samantha), Thomas (Cassidy), Benjamin and Faith.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Amherst Chapel (1600 Amherst St, Winchester, VA 22601). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at the Shenandoah Memorial Park (1270 Front Royal Pike, Winchester, VA 22602).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mt. Pleasant-Lamps United Methodist Church, 1800 Wardensville Grade.
