It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Rued of Winchester, Virginia, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on August 18, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Finn and Rita Van Kampen Finn; her spouse Jerry R. Rued; her daughters, Heather Cunningham (Jose) of Massachusetts, Dawn Willemsen (Joe) of North Carolina, Stacey Hierspiel of Winchester, Donna Staagard (Tom) of Pennsylvania, Wendy Minicozzi (Mario) of New Jersey and Stephanie Gudoski (John); and her brothers, Richard Finn (Kathy) and William Finn. She was also cherished by ten Grandchildren, ten Great-grandchildren.
