It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Mead Burton of Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on November 17, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellsworth Danard and Eugenia Danard; and her brother Louis Danard. She is survived by: her husband Michael "Mike" T. Burton, Sr.; her sons, Michael "Mike" T. Burton, Jr. (Rita), Patrick J. Burton (Paula) and Russell J. Burton; her grandchildren, Brittany, Devin, Allison, Michael III and Claire; her great grandchildren, Jessie, Jayde, Sophia and Natalie; and her brother Howard Danard (Diane).

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Alice to Blue Ridge Hospice, 333 W. Cork Street, Suite 405, Winchester, VA 22601.
