He was predeceased by: his parents, Adelaide Anderson, and Fred Anderson, Sr.; and his siblings, Fred, Phillip and Hattie.
He is survived by: his wife Antoinette Buie; his children, Percy Vance, Craig and Vicki; his grandchildren, Starr, Glen, Eric (Rob), Sarah (Sarahbeth) and Laura (Tim); his siblings-in-law, Jacquelyn Wright, Doris Anderson, Almarine Anderson and Bob Graham; and his foster brother Roosevelt Taylor. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
