He was predeceased by: his significant other Lucia Meister (DiNardo); his parents, Alfred Meister and Alice Meister; his sister Judith O'Grady; and his son Brian Douglas Meister.
He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Meister (Susan) and Jeffrey Meister (Amy); his grandsons, Chad, Brandon and Ryan Meister; his brother Ted Meister (Nancy); and his brother-in-law Joseph O'Grady. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
Gary moved in with his son, Jeff, and Lucy lived in a memory care unit where dad visited her everyday until her death during Covid.
