He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert C. Baugh and Nita S. Baugh; and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his wife Carol Baugh; and his children, Nancy Fortunel, Charles Baugh and John Baugh. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, and his 4 great-grandchildren.
