Gene Saufley Garber Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Saufley Garber (Weyers Cave, Virginia), born in New Hope, Virginia, who passed away on September 21, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Martin and Grace Arnessa Garber (Saufley); his sisters, Thelma Roller, Mabel Young and Lillian Diehl; and his nephew Gary Diehl.
He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca "Becky" Cash (Michael S.) of Fishersville; his grandson Ryan W. Munson (Lindsey); his great grandchildren, Millie James Munson and Theo Lawrence Munson; his nephews, Reverend Larry Diehl and Ronnie Young; his niece Jane Paul (Young); and also, Tim Munson and Due.
A Graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p. m. Thursday, September 24, 2020 in Saint Paul's Cemetery in Weyers Cave by Reverend Jonathan A. Ytterock and Pastor Tim Munson. (Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, all current guidelines and restrictions will be followed.).
