He is survived by: his daughter Tammy; his son-in-law Donald Payne; his grandchildren, D. J. Payne and Brittany Payne (Sam); his siblings, Charlie Barrett of Texas, Chris Barrett of Florida, Tommy Barrett (Bonnie) of Illinois, Jackie Klotz (Larry) of Maryland, Joan Balderson (Alvin) of Oldhams and Pat Carr (Steve) of South Carolina; and his nieces and nephews, Pomeranians, Sadie and Princess.
