It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Bartlett (Warsaw, Virginia), who passed away on December 11, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Clifton Russell O'Bier; and her brother Clifton O'Bier (Mona O'Bier). She is survived by: her husband John Emmett Bartlett; her friend Beverly O'Bier; her children, Jeffery E. Bartlett (Katherine) and Amy R. Bartlett; her grandchildren, Abby Bartlett (Dakota Carroll) and John R. Bartlett; her great grandchild Paisley Carroll; and her brother Bill O'Bier (Ray). She is also survived by extended family: numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
