With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Withers (Warsaw, Virginia), who passed away on January 4, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sons, Larry and Donnie Withers; and her siblings, James O., Samuel L. Anderson and Virginia Sprouse.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Withers (Carolyn), Jimmy Withers (Phyllis) and Patsy Hand (David); her sister-in-law Peggy Sanders; her nephew Jerry Withers; her grandchildren, Lisa Underwood, Kevin Withers, Vicky Morris, Betsy Dzula, Robbie Withers, Randy Withers, Kristie Jenkins, Jon Hand and Justin Hand; her great grandchildren, Kimberly, Kathryn, Sam, Will, Briana, Emily, McKenzie and Jacob; and her close friend Ruby King.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a contribution to honor her great love for animals to the Richmond County Animal Shelter, 13207 Historyland Highway, Warsaw, VA 22572.
