He was predeceased by: his wife Lola Milliner Lewis; and his parents, Samuel Thomas Lewis and Emma Kate Russell Lewis. He is survived by: his son Donald Paul Lewis (Margarita) of Ruther Glen, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
