She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wortley and Berta Elno Hayes; her husband Earl Bramble Warwick; her siblings, Grover Hayes and Thelma Brooks; and her brothers-in-law, Jefferson Farmer and Norman Brooks.
She is survived by: her children, David Wayne Warwick (Cheryl) and Brenda Lee Teets; her grandson David W. "D. J."; her sisters, Dorothy Farmer and Virginia Akers (Bobby); and her pet Snoopy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
