He was predeceased by: his parents, James Combs and Mary Combs of Richmond. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Combs; his daughters, Penney Pittman (Jimmy) of Lancaster, VA and Misty O'Bier (Danny) of Callao, VA; and his grandchildren, Robbie Dawson, Jackie Dawson and Daniel O'Bier.
