He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean Martin Hayes; his children, Dale Hayes, Darren Hayes (Julie) and Debbie Hayes Lee (Matt); his grandchildren, Michelle, Taylor, Bud, Dustin, Pic, Drake, Cacee and Cain; his great grandchildren, Kamdyn and David; and his granddaughter Cayden M. Collins.
His family requests that in lieu of flowers you honor Curtis's love of children by making a donation in his memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
