Self and Margaret Pierson Self; his wife DiAnna Self; his son Christopher Self (Tracie); his grandsons, Ethan, Caleb, Zach and Josh Self; his siblings, Joey Self (Sue) and Beverly Cacho (Jeff); his siblings-in-law, David Eason (Pat), Betty Eason, Kathy Casper (Allen) and Susan Wiese; and his nieces and nephews, Kristy Wilson, Maggie, Montgomery Self, Michael, Danny Withers, Scott and Korik Eason. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
