He was predeceased by: his parents, William Massie Warwick and Ruth Mae Osgood Tabor; and his sister Jane Erskine Warwick. He is survived by: his wife Jane Warwick; his children, William Massie Warwick IV (Kendra Warwick), Rebekah Warwick, Elizabeth Warwick (Shauna Youtzy) and Jefferson Warwick (Darcy Warwick); and his grandchildren, William Massie Warwick V, Alexis Warwick, Madison Griffin, Jefferson "Caperton" Warwick and John "Gavin" Warwick.
