She was predeceased by: her father Charles A. Sinclair III. She is survived by: her mother Janice Guttery Sinclair; her siblings, Thomas, Stuart and Laura Williams (Chuck); her nephews, Jason Sinclair, Joseph Sinclair and Christian Williams; and her great-nephew Lincoln Sinclair. She is also survived by her uncles and numerous cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Bon Secours Community Hospice House, where Valerie's last days were spent surrounded by beauty, peace, and an amazing team of caring professionals.
