She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Rider and Edith Ruth Dodson Rider; her husband Howard "Bull" Goff; her grandson Robert Aaron Goff; and her siblings, William Rider, Dorothy Waggoner, Gladys Baker, Laura Kennedy, Lois Parsons, Carol Fernholz, Larry Rider and Richard Rider.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Jay Goff (Lora) of Amissville and Brian L. Goff (Donna) of Bristow, Virginia; her grandchildren, Kara Goff Fewell (Nathan), Hayden Lee Goff and Lanie Marie Goff; her great grandchildren, Carter Renee Fewell, Reagan Elizabeth Fewell and Hayes Aaron Fewell; and her siblings, Charles Rider (Ruth) of Warrenton, Lester Rider (Peggy) of Remington and Ethel Weeks (Jim) of Bealeton.
