He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Kline and Mary Kline; and his brother Everett Lewis Kline, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Betty Kline; his daughter Dana Marie Hensley (Dan); his grandsons, Ethan and Wyatt Hensley; his sister-in-law Barbara Swartz; and his nieces, Linda McKeefer (BJ) and Sheryl Cubbage.
