We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2023, at the age of 83, Joyce Lynn Whittley (Warrenton, Virginia), born in Teaneck, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernadette Owen and Cecil Owen; and her husband Harry Whittley. She is survived by: her sister Barbara Desmond (Dan); her children, Dana Whitley (Chris), Kristen Hendricksen (Frank), Tim Madden (Courtney) and Susan Basehore (Ron); her grandchildren, Kristin, Courtney, Emily, Ian, Victoria, Curtis, Tyler and Amanda; and her great grandchildren, Berkley and Madison.
