She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Mulligan; and her siblings, Robert Altizer and Martha Keyes. She is survived by: her children, Walter Mulligan, Jr. (Barbara) of Midland, VA, Robin Holmes (Darrell) of Remington, VA, George Mulligan of Luray, VA, Jody Harman (Herbie) of New Baltimore, VA and Donna Reed (Don) of Alexandria, LA; and her sister Joan Belotti (Haymarket). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
