He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard (Blair Walton) and Jimmy. He is survived by: his wife Karen P. Walton; his daughters, Stacey L. Lewis (Kelvin M. Lewis) and Amanda R. Walton; and his grandchildren, Julia Yacoub and Kelvin Lewis.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to Heartland Hospice and Fauquier County Project Lifesaver.
