She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Emily Weir Huntsman and Clyde Cornelious Huntsman; her daughter Pamela Jean Lewis; her husband John Lewis; her siblings, Bernice Jesalosky, Marie Dean and Kenneth Huntsman; and her son Jon Lewis (Jacqueline).
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Beth Lewis Pitkin (Michael) and Keith Edward Lewis (Charla); her grandchildren, Jeremy Lee Shifflett, Pamela Bernette Reingruber, Kristy Jean Ennis, Christopher Lewis, Stephanie Grance Lewis Burton (Joshua), Allison Lewis (Michael) and Michael Patrick Lewis (Nichole); her great grandchildren, Brittany Nicole Shifflett (Richard), Kaitlyn Danielle Shifflett, Triston Alexander VanBuren and Chloe Elizabeth Reingruber; and her great great grandchildren, Jonathan Scheel and Dylan Burton.
