She is survived by: her children, Victoria Rowe Binford (Carl) of Toney, AL, Nanneane Lewis (Jerome) of Fredericksburg, VA, William Stewart Rowe of San Jose, CA and Braxton Ernest Rowe (Cynthia) of Washington, DC; and her siblings, Helen Champ of Midland, VA, George Porter (Martha) of Port St and Shirley "Tony" Porter (Helen) of Charlotte, NC. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
