He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Santos and Barbara Santos; and his sister Frances Woodley. He is survived by: his wife Willie Mae Santos of Bolivia, NC; his daughters, Lesley Santos Lancaster (Gerry) of Warrenton, VA and Michele Tillman of Ledyard, CT; his nieces and nephews, Richard, Robert Mack, Teri, Barbara and Tonja; and also Sonny. He is also survived by five grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dementia Society of America or Vietnam Veterans of America.
