He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Garfield and Pearl Owens; and his siblings, Gay Webley and Larry Owens. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Owens; his children, Brenda Croston (John), Cathy Knutson (Eric), Velvie Cunningham (Terry) and Clarence Matthew Jr. Owens (Ingrid); and his grandchildren, Eric Knutson Jr., Ayden Owens and Rylee Owens. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
